Launched by To The Stars Academy in 2018 as an academic program to acquire and scientifically analyze 'exotic materials' for technology innovation. ADAM = Acquisition and Data Analysis of Materials. It is the program that acquired the 'Art's Parts' samples in 2019 and the framework under which Puthoff (VP Science) and Eric Davis ran metamaterial analysis; it underlies the later U.S. Army CRADA. The program's existence is documented; its claimed exotic-material findings are unverified.
