Purported man-made antigravity flying-saucer claimed to reverse-engineer ET tech via zero-point energy. Known only from Mark McCandlish's drawings + second-hand Norton AFB (1988) account. No physical evidence.
McCandlish drew the ARV from friend Brad Sorensen's account of three saucers demonstrated at a classified Norton AFB display in 1988. Propulsion described in terms of T. Townsend Brown's electrogravitics (a capacitor 'skirt') and zero-point energy enabling killer accelerations mitigated by inertial control. Mainstream analyses attribute Brown's Biefeld–Brown effect to ion-wind, not antigravity. Resurfaced in Michael Shellenberger's 2024 House Oversight written testimony and the 'Zero-Point' documentary.
