Abridged Belgian Air Force report (Maj P. Lambrechts) on the 30-31 Mar 1990 events, released to SOBEPS; full version never fully declassified.
The report gives a detailed chronology and explicitly excludes optical illusions, meteorological inversions, balloons, AWACS, stealth tests and holographic projections. It concludes that at least one ground-radar/F-16 correlation weakens the interference hypothesis and leaves the question open. It is an unusual instance of a NATO air force publishing a formal UAP analysis to a civilian group.
