Benjamin R. Rich (1925-1995) succeeded Kelly Johnson and led development of the F-117 Nighthawk. His 1994 memoir 'Skunk Works' is a primary Cold War aerospace document. Late in life he made remarks variously read as jokes or hints about UFOs and advanced classified tech.
