Las Vegas material-storage / craft-custody claim.

Claim that Bigelow modified his Las Vegas plant to store recovered alloys (e.g. bismuth/magnesium metamaterial); storage disputed.
Per Skinwalkers at the Pentagon and NYT (2017), Bigelow spent ~$1M retrofitting his aerospace plant to receive recovered exotic materials, with a described multilayer bismuth/magnesium metamaterial allegedly from a crash retrieval. BAASS managers told the 8 News Now I-Team that no samples were ever actually stored in Las Vegas, and Metabunk argues the 'material' concept was an unsolicited BAASS idea absent from the RFP. Documented retrofit intent; disputed actual custody.
