OpenNet is DOE's searchable database of declassified documents — roughly 495,000 bibliographic references and about 147,000 declassified documents, covering post-October-1994 declassification actions plus FOIA releases. It is produced by OSTI for the DOE Office of History and Heritage Resources. Researchers use it to find declassified nuclear-complex records; it is a legitimate, citable government archive (as opposed to a repository of anomalous-phenomena material).
