Dr. Eric W. Davis of EarthTech International authored multiple DIRDs, most notably 'Traversable Wormholes, Stargates & Negative Energy' and (with Richard Obousy) 'Warp Drive, Dark Energy & the Manipulation of Extra Dimensions.' Two of his papers leaked in late 2017 via the Sphere Being Alliance; Davis publicly confirmed their authenticity on Coast to Coast AM (Jan 2018). He stated 38 papers were produced, two classified, and that DIA posted them on a JWICS server.
