Trig from the clip's own readouts places the object at ~13,000 ft and ~4 mi from the water, moving slowly; its 'fast low' look is motion parallax from the jet. Corroborated by NASA panelist Semeter and by AARO (2024).
Using the on-screen elevation angle, target range and aircraft altitude, West computes the object's true altitude (~13k ft) and shows the apparent high speed is parallax - distant objects appear to streak past a fast-moving observer. Boston University's Joshua Semeter presented the same single-turn analysis to the NASA UAP panel, and AARO's 2024 resolution independently reached the same conclusion (5-92 mph, moving with the wind, no anomalous propulsion). This is the best-resolved of the three videos.
