Per Lazar: 115 bombarded with protons becomes 116, decays releasing antimatter; matter/antimatter annihilation drives a ~100% thermoelectric generator AND emits a 'Gravity A wave' (claimed strong-force gravity at sub-atomic scale). Three amplifiers phase-shift Gravity A into the planetary 'Gravity B wave' (~7.46 Hz) to warp space-time. Physicist Dr. David L. Morgan reviewed it and found it violates multiple accepted theories; 'Gravity A/B' are not recognized physics.
