The Pais Effect.

Claim that rapidly accelerated/vibrated charged systems yield usable gravitational/inertial effects; NAWCAD test failed.

The Pais Effect posits that rapid acceleration or high-frequency vibration of electrically charged systems generates strong gravitational and inertial-mass-reduction effects usable for propulsion. Physicists consulted by The War Zone uniformly rejected it as lacking scientific basis. NAWCAD spent ~$508,000 (2016-2019) testing it and concluded it 'could not be proven.' Pais maintains it will be vindicated.
