Testified before a US Congress cloning hearing in Mar 2001; denied entry to South Korea in 2003 over the Clonaid affair. [CLAIM] Says the Elohim renamed him 'Rael' ('messenger of those who come from the sky', derived from 'Israel') and made him the 40th prophet.
