The first public manifestation of the Sol Foundation. The 2023 inaugural (sponsored by the Nolan Lab, Stanford School of Medicine) and 2024 sequel gathered Christopher Mellon, Charles McCullough III, Karl Nell, Timothy Gallaudet, Avi Loeb, Jacques Vallee, Diana Walsh Pasulka, Beatriz Villarroel, and others. Nolan's stated objective: 'legitimize and professionalize' UAP study and propose concrete government policies, research programs, and investment strategies. The 2024 event emphasized funding/investment models for frontier science. The event/agenda are documented; the underlying NHI premise is a claim.
