Terry Sherman (& Gwen Sherman).

Terry and Gwen Sherman bought the 512-acre Uintah Basin ranch in 1994. They reported cattle mutilations (surgical, bloodless), UFOs, crop circles, and a giant wolf seemingly impervious to bullets. They told the Deseret News (story 30 Jun 1996); within ~3 months Robert Bigelow bought the property for ~$200,000 contingent on a non-disclosure agreement. Terry later worked as caretaker for Bigelow. Skeptics note prior 60-year owners reported nothing and that most extraordinary claims trace to Terry alone — the phenomena are CLAIM/DISPUTED; the sale and reporting are documented.
