Holds doctorates in aerospace systems engineering and optical science + multiple master's. ~25-year career on classified DoD/NASA programs (US Army Space & Missile Defense Command, defense contractors). Lead on-camera scientist of 'The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch' since 2020 (also Ancient Aliens, Beyond Skinwalker Ranch). Per KLAS I-Team reporting he was concurrently chief scientist of the Pentagon's UAP Task Force — the AATIP/AAWSAP-successor effort — recruited by intelligence official Jay Stratton (who worked AAWSAP/AATIP/UAPTF); helped narrow the case set to 144 for the June 2021 ODNI report.
