Handwritten notes allegedly by Eric Davis of a 2002 talk with Adm. Wilson re: a denied contractor-run UAP reverse-engineering SAP. Authenticity contested.

Surfaced 2019 from Edgar Mitchell's archive; purports to record Wilson discovering then being denied access to an unacknowledged special-access program reverse-engineering a non-human craft. Wilson denies it; Davis won't confirm or deny (cites clearances); Pentagon officials say they're unfamiliar with it. Entered into the 2022 House Intel hearing record (SD001) by Rep. Gallagher, which does NOT authenticate it. Sources even disagree on the date (1997 vs 2002).
