The core methodological problem the whole scientific-UAP field addresses: existing UAP evidence is anecdote and uncalibrated single-camera footage, which cannot support scientific inference.
NASA's 2023 UAP study concluded the existing data is 'uncalibrated and poorly characterized' and recommended calibrated multi-sensor collection + crowdsourcing. This gap motivates the Galileo Project, UAPx, Hessdalen AMS, Sky360 and Enigma - the shift from believing witnesses to measuring the sky.
