Biefeld-Brown Effect.

Observed thrust from high-voltage asymmetric capacitors; claimed anti-gravity, now attributed to ionic wind.
The Biefeld-Brown effect is a real, observable force produced by high-voltage asymmetric capacitors. Brown interpreted it as an electricity-gravity coupling. Vacuum-chamber tests by Talley (1988, 10^-6 torr) and Tajmar (2004) found no thrust absent air. The scientific consensus attributes the effect to electrohydrodynamics (ionic/corona wind), not gravity manipulation.
