Classified intelligence budget topline (FY2024, $106.3B).

official-recordgovernment_studyGovernment Concealment & Secrecy Architecture

The FY2024 US intelligence budget = $76.5B (National Intelligence Program) + $29.8B (Military Intelligence Program) = $106.3B, disclosed ONLY as two aggregate integers; ODNI states there will be 'no other disclosures' of classified NIP budget detail.

The whole classified budget is public as two numbers with no line-item, program-element, or contractor breakdown (a disclosure floor set after ACLU/FAS FOIA litigation). A UAP-adjacent program, IF it existed, would be invisible by design inside these totals — but that invisibility is a property of the ENTIRE classified budget, not evidence of any specific program.
