Brandon Daniel Fugal (b. 1973), chairman/co-owner of Colliers International Utah (formerly CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, co-founded Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors). Bought Skinwalker Ranch in April 2016 from Robert Bigelow via the Delaware shell Adamantium Real Estate LLC; his ownership was secret until 2020. Net worth widely reported ~$450-500M (tabloids inflate to $800M+). Owns an Airbus H130 helicopter flown by brother Cameron, used in show experiments. Entered as a curious investor/skeptic; claims to have personally seen a 'silver gray disk' over the mesa (CLAIM). Bigelow's prior NIDS/BAASS data did NOT transfer to him.
