The EBD is the centerpiece MJ-12 paper, a seven/eight-page briefing supposedly prepared by Hillenkoetter for Eisenhower describing two crash recoveries and four humanoid bodies. It arrived on the anonymous 1984 roll of film mailed to Shandera. The FBI stamped a copy 'BOGUS' on every page; skeptics cite anachronistic markings and date format. A minority (Friedman) defended it as containing genuine inside detail.
