The dosing, death, and 1976 settlement are DOCUMENTED. The CAUSE of death is DISPUTED: officially a fall/suicide, but a 1994 exhumation (James Starrs) reported blunt-force trauma some read as inconsistent with a simple fall. Documented event; contested cause - a clean example of the honesty split.
