Puthoff's 1985 research institute, later folded under EarthTech; home of the zero-point-energy / advanced-propulsion research agenda.
Founded by Hal Puthoff in 1985 as a private research institute exploring frontier physics; in 1991 its activities were incorporated under EarthTech International. Director: Puthoff. Its stated agenda — theories of spacetime/gravity/cosmology, the quantum vacuum, modified electrodynamics, interstellar flight and SETI for propulsion/energy — is the intellectual seedbed for the polarizable-vacuum and ZPE-propulsion threads that later appear as AAWSAP DIRDs.
