Quantum-electronics physicist who co-launched the CIA's SRI remote-viewing research in 1972 and became program director. A former Scientologist and Geller proponent. After SRI he founded EarthTech International and the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin, joined Bigelow's NIDS, advised BAASS/AAWSAP, and co-founded TTSA - making him the principal bridge from RV to modern UAP research.
