Umbrella name for a ~23-year US intelligence effort into 'remote viewing' (psychic perception of distant targets). Began as CIA-funded SCANATE/SRI research in 1972, became an Army unit at Fort Meade, ran under successive codenames, and was managed late by the DIA before transfer to CIA. Tiny unit (~15-20 people), ~$20M total. Terminated and declassified in 1995 after the AIR review found no operational value.
