Colm A. Kelleher, Ph.D. (biochemistry, Trinity College Dublin, 1983; Ontario Cancer Institute, National Jewish Center). Led the NIDS team on Skinwalker Ranch 1996-2004. In 2008 became deputy administrator of Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS), running day-to-day execution of the AAWSAP contract with the DIA. Co-authored 'Hunt for the Skinwalker' (2005, with George Knapp) and 'Skinwalkers at the Pentagon' (2021, with Lacatski + Knapp). The single person whose career spans NIDS → BAASS → AAWSAP and both books.
