Phil Schneider (1947-1996) toured in the 1990s claiming to be a government geological/structural engineer who in 1979 helped build the Dulce underground base and survived a firefight with grey aliens that killed ~60 humans, displaying missing fingers and chest wounds as 'proof.' Skeptics note he could not answer basic questions privately, had never heard of the real 1967 Project Gasbuggy nuclear test near Dulce despite claiming geology/explosives expertise, and described the base construction incorrectly. None of his claims were ever substantiated; he died by suicide in 1996.
