July 11, 2024 re-submission of the full UAPDA text as SA 2610 to the FY2025 NDAA (S.4638), restoring the Review Board and eminent-domain provisions stripped in FY2024.
Rounds and Schumer re-filed the near-identical text after the FY2024 conference removed the strongest mechanisms. Gillibrand co-sponsored July 23 and Heinrich August 1, 2024. The House-passed NDAA (H.R.8070) again carried no UAP provisions, and the Review Board/eminent-domain language was again removed in negotiation.
