JSOC / DoD non-response & FOIA void.

documentedsource_actorSOF/JSOC UAP Retrieval Claim

JSOC's only reply was 'we have nothing for you on this'; DoD (Susan Gough) issues the standard 'no verifiable information' denial and 'no record of any SAP called IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION'; no FOIA-documented SOF UAP-retrieval mission exists.

The affirmative SOF/JSOC retrieval allegation meets official silence and denial. JSOC's on-record reply to reporters was the dismissive 'we have nothing for you on this.' DoD spokesperson Susan Gough's formulaic denial: 'no verifiable information to substantiate claims that any programs regarding the possession or reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial materials have existed.' On Immaculate Constellation she stated DoD has 'no record, present or historical, of any type of SAP' by that name. DoD/Joint Staff FOIA reading rooms hold UAP reporting-policy records (JS GENADMIN message) but no SOF/JSOC crash-retrieval mission record. Honest residual: a 'no record of that SAP' denial is also exactly what a genuinely unacknowledged SAP would produce, so it removes the affirmative case without foreclosing every possibility.
