They document a cluster of Aug-Sept 1980 events around the Manzano Weapons Storage Area at Kirtland AFB: three Security Police guards (Ferenz, Rist, Frazier) watching a bright light land in Coyote Canyon on 8 Aug ~2350 hrs; a Sandia guard's landing report; a NM State Patrolman's 10 Aug landing report; and a 13 Aug total radar-approach blackout from HF jamming vectored due-east toward Coyote Canyon. This is the authentic, documented core; embellished CE-III and Project-Aquarius/MJ-12 material attached to it is separate and unauthenticated.
