Disclosed in AARO's 2024 report, KONA BLUE was a genuine proposal by UFO-believing officials to create a DHS SAP to exploit any recovered ET craft. DHS rejected it as without merit and no such craft was ever held. Demonstrates the idea was proposed but never executed.
