Its analytical value is the free-text narratives, which support lexical/affect/shape/behavior mining absent from short military logs. The FAA references it in current UAP guidance. Caveats: self-selection bias, inconsistent metadata, and ToS that forbid scraping/redistribution (data obtainable by request). A dataset/instrument, not evidence of any specific phenomenon.
