Washington attorney Andrew D. Basiago has claimed since ~2004 that as a child (ages 7-12) he joined a secret 1970s DARPA program, 'Project Pegasus,' developing time travel and teleportation from Nikola Tesla's government-seized papers, and that 'jump rooms' teleported a 1980 training class (allegedly including a young Barack Obama and Regina Dugan) to Mars to acclimate Martians to a human presence. The White House explicitly denied the Mars-travel/training-class claims; no science or declassified documentation supports human teleportation or time travel, and RationalWiki documents internal inconsistencies. Pure fringe testimony with a Tesla-seizure trope shared with Montauk lore.
