Stanton Friedman.
documentedsource_actorMajestic 12 & Disinfo
Nuclear physicist and leading defender of MJ-12 authenticity; author of 'Top Secret/Majic'; argued the documents held genuine inside detail.
Friedman was the most persistent defender of the MJ-12 documents, arguing they contained details not publicly known in 1984-85. He researched Donald Menzel's classified intelligence ties and battled Klass publicly (and won several typeface wagers). His defenses, however, often required ad hoc rescues (e.g., claiming Cutler's aide James Lay wrote the Cutler-Twining memo once Cutler was shown to be abroad). He remains a minority voice against the forgery consensus.
