Rymer (Oct 15 1950), John Isabell (Oct 16 1950), and J.H. Collins (Dec 7 1951) — were the primary ground witnesses in the 1950–51 Oak Ridge flap, and their reports were vetted by Army CIC against employment and FBI records.
