Travis Walton was an Arizona logging-crew member who, on 5 November 1975, reported being struck by a beam of light and abducted aboard a craft in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, reappearing five days later. The case became one of the most famous abduction claims, dramatized in the film 'Fire in the Sky.' It is anecdotal and heavily disputed, with polygraph results and crew accounts argued on both sides.
